I spent approximately
80buckaroos on cab fares alone today.
Semua pasal nak recce campsite
punya pasal. S$29 + S$20 + S$35 = S$80.
So we (
Jo,
Mac & myself) went to
Raffles Marina Campsite,
Sarimbun Scouts Camp and
MOE Jalan Bahtera Adventure Centre. Plan was to also recce
Boys' Brigade/Girls' Brigade Campsite but we were stuck at
Jalan Bahtera for like, 2hours? All because no cabs wanted to go in. We were so scared we will be stuck there la.
Satu-satu da panic. But thanks to
Bear, our saviour. Despite 10 cabs rejecting him once they heard he wanted to go to
Jalan Bahtera, he didn't give up. Obviously, he got a cab driver who is willing to drive la. Tu
pun mula-mula dia tak nak masuk seh.
Makaceh banyak-banyak!
Last cab fare was a bomb I tell you. And the best part, I f*cking forgot to take the receipt la! How to do claims like that!
