I am not all taxi person. I took the bus just now to work. And I don't mind taking the bus to work everyday if it means seeing that "
tall-guy-who-was-wearing-a-light-pastel-pink-t-shirt-with-a-cool-design-on-the-front" everyday.
Heh. He took the same bus with me from the same bus stop. And I wonder why have I not noticed him before.
Dia tinggal Serangoon la.
Ada jugak lelaki hensem tinggal Serangoon eh.
Heh.
Last night was an extremely tiring night for me. Had the hip hop committee meeting in the evening. Ended quite late. I swear I was looking forward to be reunited with my digi cam's battery and memory card. Then somebody who agreed to send me to and from that place cancelled out on me. Last minute. So tell me where can I find a "replacement" last minute. I guess I won't be reuniting with my digi cam stuff any time soon because I am fully booked the whole of next week.
Thanks eh.
I reached home close to
midnight last night. Talked on the phone then went to sleep with a terrible headache. As if it was not bad enough, there was this one guy who was from the opposite blk who was like standing at the corridor shouting vulgarities.
Wtf seh. At
1plus in the morning la! It went on and on for like about 30 minutes and I wondered why the hell didn't anybody call the police or maybe why didn't his family lock him up at home or something. So I called
Serangoon NPC and lodge a complaint. The conversation went some thing like this:
Me: "Hello. I want to make a complain"
Policeman: "Yes."
Me: "There's this one crazy man who is like standing at the corridor of the blk opposite me who is like shouting vulgarities like nobody's business and I seriously think it's a little bit late for him to be shouting because people need to sleep. And this has been going on for like the past 30 minutes and nobody's doing anything about it. He's interupting my sleep."
Policeman: "Where is this?"
Me: "I don't know what's the blk number la but it's opposite my blk. My blk is 2** by the way."
(At this point of time I yawned and said, "Ya Allah. Sumpah seh aku ngantuk.")
Policeman: "Sorry but can I get your..."
Me: "Name's Thira. t-h-i-r-a.."
Policeman: "Miss Thiira?" (which he pronounced as Thi-E-ra)
Me: "No! Thira. One "I" only."
Policeman: "Oh. Sorry. Maaf. Your contact number please?"
Me: "90******"
Policeman: "90*****?"
Me: "No. 90******." (at this point of time I was so bloody irritated that I felt like I wanna have a shouting match with that drunkard crazy guy.)
Policeman: "Ok. I'll send my men down to look at the situation."
Me: "Thank you so much. Bye."And I put down the phone. 20minutes later, I got an anonymous phonecall. By this time, the man has decided maybe he's tired because nobody
layan him pekik-pekik so he shut up and went home I guess.
Me: "Ah. Nak pe?" (I swear I thought it was my friend)
Policeman: "You called regarding the..."
Me: "The man stop like 5 to 10 minutes ago. But I swear he was shouting and throwing stuff down the stairs."
Policeman: "Which blk are you referring to?"
Me: "The blk opposite 2**. Dunno what's the number."
Policeman: "In front or behind?"
Me: "Huh? What in front or behind?"
(Stood up, look out my bedroom window to see the carpark.)
Me: "It's the side where you park your police car."
Policeman: "But we don't see anything being thrown on the floor."
Me: "Huh? He threw it down the stairs. You know when you throw things down the stairs got that sound."
Policeman: "Ok. We go and check it out."
Me: "Ok. Thanks. Good night."And I had a peaceful night sleep after that. At around 2plus in the morning.
Sheesh.
So the 2 policemen from
Serangoon NPC who talked to me on the phone early in the morning, I would like to apologise is I was rude in any way. I just don't like to be interuptted in my sleep la. Sorry eh. Though I doubt you'll actually read this blog. Oh well.
